I believe this year has been one of my favorites. With my girls growing up so fast and our business blossoming (which we never thought it would grow this fast). We are looking forward to the amazing things we have coming next year. We are bringing on some amazing new associates, and new tips and tricks for those of you starting out in photography.

We are in Idaho to celebrate Christmas with Doug’s family and wanted to get some fun photos of us while we were here. Unfortunately it was 18 Degrees at 2:00pm while we were taking photos. Which really didn’t seem that cold until I looked at my kids fingers and they were bright red. I’m happy to say my children made it without frost bite on their poor little fingers. Bribery of Pop Rocks and Hot Coco helped them get through it.  The only thing I wanted for Christmas, but isn’t what every photographer wants,  a great picture of my family to hang. Well it isn’t a master piece and we only had the self timer thanks to wireless trigger going out half way through the shoot.  I love it, it is who we are.  Plus the last picture is an award winning photo in my eyes.  That is a defiantly a keeper.

P.S. Doug will probably kill me for saying this but oh well, while we were shooting he kept looking around. Finally I asked him why he was looking around and he says, “I don’t want any of my friends to drive by and see what I’m wearing.” HAHAH . I think he looked hot. Plus I dressed him.

I had to add the picture of Georgia from last year to show how much she has grown. The picture on the left is from last year. Crazy huh… Oh and yes her shoes!!!! I went out and bought tons of shoes for school. She had a fit about all of them.  I think I have spent more money of shoes for her then anything else.  So I take her to the Crocs outlet and said we are getting you shoes here and that is it.  She found those black shoes and loves them and wants to wear them everywhere. If only I would have known this a couple years ago I could have saved a lot of money. She is only getting shoes from the Crocs store from now on.

Bree on the other hand was just happy to go to school and get out of the house. I can dress her up like a doll and she is fine with it.  I am so glad she has gotten better and is able to go to school.  She is like a angle and loves everyone.

I had the privileged of photographing her for maternity pictures. Now little Hudson is here and is 6 months old. I can’t believe how time fly’s.  We had a great time shooting at the Boulder City Train Station Museum.

Paris let me just say you have a amazing family and your talents exceeded all my expectations.

Shannon called me and wanted to have pictures done with her sister (Tiffany) and her daughter (Madison). I told them about this park and thought it would be great for what she wanted. When I met them the day of the shoot Madison gets out of car and just has this smile that could light up the world. She was such a little firecracker. So cute and loved the camera. Shannon and Tiffany were great also and their age difference is only 16 months. I asked them when they started getting along b.c my daughters are 16 months apart too and they fight like crazy.  Unfortunately for me and my little ones they said it is better now that they are adults… Shannon and Tiffany you ladies are absolutely  beautiful. Thank you for letting me capture your memories. Here’s a quick sneak peek.
